New Release of Pop Reggae Single: Red Gold & Green by Henosis Music

Henosis Music is an unsigned Reggae Pop Hip-Hop group that was founded in early 2020 in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded by Brandon Jenkins, a drummer and singer-songwriter, Henosis Music takes a unique approach to the stage. Contrasting with the usual formula, the drum set is front and center. Brandon started drumming at age 4, began singing at age 5, and started writing songs when he was 15.

Brandon has incorporated a style of drumming and singing simultaneously. He grew up on mainly classic rock, but very quickly began taking in all different genres, and this has been reflected in his writing. But reggae music has been his main passion since he discovered it at age 14.

Brandon moved to Nashville in early 2020 at age 31, and through playing in a local band, he was introduced to a  musician who connected Brandon with his current producer and session guitarist bassist & keyboard player, Kurt David Jansohn of Third Island Productions.

Kurt and Brandon hit it off immediately, and began working on songs that Brandon had written over the years. Brandon picked the name Henosis Music because Henosis is a Greek word for Unity, and that is exactly his goal – to unify and spread love through his multi-genre, all inclusive music.

Red Gold & Green is about Brandon’s true love for reggae music and all that it inspires, focusing around the 3 colors which represent loyalty to Rastafarian leader, Haile Selassie – the culture behind reggae.
